National Post reporter Tristin Hopper featured BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS Executive Director and Physician-in-Chief Dr. Julio Montaner in the latest instalment of his web series, Maker Nation, a showcase of “non-snowmobile things” invented by Canada.
As Hopper points out in the episode, “people literally rose out of their death beds” thanks to the innovative treatment Dr. Montaner pioneered at St. Paul’s Hospital.
