B.C. government announces new Foundry B.C. app to provide youth with mental health and substance use support in B.C.

People aged 12 to 24 and their caregivers can access the Foundry app, which was co-designed for youth by youth and experts. It can be accessed at www.foundrybc.ca/virtual.

The B.C. government has announced a new Foundry B.C. app for youth to access mental health and substance use support.

Minister of Mental Health and Addictions Sheila Malcolmson and Minister of Children and Family Development Mitzi Dean made the announcement on Friday, on National Child and Youth Mental Health Day. It follows the tragic death of a child in Victoria from a suspected overdose on illicit drugs.
