Chef and owner Jean-Francis Quaglia will post a demo video to Provence’s website (provencerestaurants.ca) each week featuring the selected dish. Wine director Joshua Carlson will also suggest a wine to complement the meal, which can be ordered to accompany the kit for an additional fee.
The kits are being offered in addition to a special takeout menu of prepared dishes. Kit orders must be placed at least two hours before pick up by calling the restaurant at 604-681-4144.
In response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, Coal Harbour’s Nightingale Restaurant is preparing farm-fresh, delicious and nutritious dishes available for pick up and home delivery.
Partial proceeds will continue to support St. Paul’s Hospital front line medical staff, who have enjoyed more than 100 meals from Nightingale since the restaurant first closed its doors to regular diners.
